How to manage your booking

Select seats and meals for your Singapore Airlines and Scoot flights on each carrier’s website respectively. To purchase additional baggage for either flight, contact Singapore Airlines.

Proceed to Manage Booking via the website or SingaporeAir mobile app, and enter the 6-character booking reference for your SIA flight. You can proceed to select seats and meals before your flight.

Locate the 6-character booking reference for your Scoot flight in your booking confirmation email. Note that it differs from your SIA flight booking reference code. Then, proceed to Manage My Booking on flyscoot.com, and enter the reference code to select seats and meals.

If the first flight is operated by Singapore Airlines, you can check in online on our website or SingaporeAir mobile app. Alternatively, you can proceed to the SIA check-in counter at the airport for manual check-in.

If the first flight in your itinerary is operated by Scoot, you may be eligible for online/mobile check in via Singapore Airlines website or app. Find out if you are eligible for online/mobile check in here. If you do not meet the eligibility criteria, please proceed to the Scoot Airport Counter at the airport early to check-in and drop off your baggage.

Bassinets are available on SIA flights but unavailable on Scoot flights. You may purchase a seat for your infant and install an approved child car seat or harness for use on board your Scoot flight.

Strollers and prams

Strollers and prams can be carried on board your flight if the sum of length, width and height of the folded pram does not exceed 115cm and weighs 7kg or less. On Scoot flights, folded prams will be checked in if there is no space in the overhead compartments.

Unaccompanied minor service is not available for SIA - Scoot codeshare flights for children below 12 years old. For unaccompanied minors between 12 to below 18 years old, please contact us for further assistance.
